In this Privacy Policy, references to "we", "us" and "our" means Joyglitch, Lda, a company registered in Porto, Portugal whose registered office is Rua Artur Rangel, 153, 4400-027 Vila Nova de Gaia. We are a games and software development studio. Users of our Services and players of our Games

We collect personal data directly from players via registration and gameplay. If you link your account to or access it via a third-party service (for example, Google Play for Android and iOS for Apple devices) we collect personal data from that service. The personal data we collect and generate relating to players includes:

• user name and account details (including profile photo, age information and profile image);
• user gender and profile photo;
• game profile (including basic details, game progress, usage and game profile ID);
• analytics ID (used to track game usage);
• third party account information (if you link your account to or access it via a service such as Google ID for Android or iOS ID for Apple);
• device information (including device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI, device type, time zone settings and location, IP address); and
• marketing and communications data (including preferences).

This Privacy Policy applies to all the websites we own and/or operate (our Websites) which includes www.joyglitch.com.

Transferring your personal data outside Europe

We may transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Any request from you for access to or a copy of your personal data must be in writing and we will endeavour to respond within a reasonable period and in any event within one month in compliance with data protection legislation. We will comply with our legal obligations as regards your rights as a data subject.

You will not be treated differently or discriminated against for exercising any of your rights.

Marketing

If you have agreed to be contacted for marketing purposes (for example by signing up to our mailing lists) we may use your personal information to send you information about us and our Services. You can unsubscribe from receiving them at any time and details of how to unsubscribe will be included in any marketing communications we send you. You also have the option of "unsubscribing" from our mailing list at any time thereby disabling any further such e-mail or other communication from being sent to you by emailing support@joyglitch.com.

You can opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting "limit ad tracking" (Apple iOS) or "opt-out of interest based ads" (Android).

We will action any opt out request from you as soon as we can.

How long we will keep your information

We will only keep your personal data for as long as required for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required to comply with our legal obligations. For example:

Players of our games

We keep personal data relating to players for the period that the game is available to play. Once we make a game unavailable, we will delete all personal data relating to players of that game. We will also delete personal data relating to a player when we receive a specific request for erasure (see rights section above). Website users

We keep personal data relating to our Websites for as long as necessary for our games or wider business purposes.

Our suppliers

We will keep your personal data only for as long as is required for the purposes of managing our relationship with you (unless we need to retain it for longer to exercise or defend any legal claims). We will periodically review our files to check that the information is still required for these purposes.

Job applicants

If your application for employment is unsuccessful, we will hold your personal data on file for 12 months. At the end of that period, your personal data will be deleted or destroyed (unless we need to retain it for longer to exercise or defend any legal claims). We will periodically review our files to check that information is accurate, up-to-date and still required.

If your application for employment is successful, any personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained for your employment.

In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data (see "Your rights" above for further information).

If you opt out from marketing, we will retain your information to enable us to respect your wishes to not be contacted for marketing purposes.

If you do not provide personal data

Where we need personal data for an agreement with you and you do not provide your personal data, we may not be able to perform our obligations under our contract with you. In this case, we may have to cancel your access to our Services.
